Randi Dove

While at WVU, she won the West Virginia Statewide Business Plan Competition and was awarded $10,000 to start her own business.

Dove is now the owner and manager of Randi Dove Farms LLC, a business that provides riding lessons and trains performance horses for a variety of disciplines.

“I transferred to WVU my senior year and my only regret was not doing it sooner. I made sure to excel in my equine coursework, refine my horsemanship skills, and network with professionals that helped me put my career on the fast track to success. I always knew I wanted a career in the horse industry, but WVU gave me the knowledge and skills to actually achieve my dreams.”
